he-man, customer's babies and playing gee-tar
He-Man is effeminite. i realised this last week when i was with some childhood friends (who i haven't seen for about 5 years) and we watched our original 1980s he-man and she-ra feature length video. lets think about this.
- at the start of the feature-length episode, he's baking. how many heterosexuals do you know who can bake? although i have to admit, his baking may not have been THAT good, especially as he left his cookies in the oven to go fight some baddies. only heterosexuals are shit at baking. i can bake the odd cake though.
- at the start he's wearing pink. i don't know any straight men who wear pink out of choice, except when Juventus dabbled with a pink kit recently. was it last year or the year before? i forget.
- look at his armour! jehesus man, is that someone who loves his body or what?
- his hair. his hair. HIS HAIR. what colour is it? its blond, isn't it. and what colour are his eyebrows? they're black, aren't they. and what does that mean? yep, HE BLEACHES HIS HAIR AND MAKES SURE HIS ROOTS BE GOOD.
i'm tech support this week because that bastard i share an office/workshop with has gone away for a week. away from work, not away on hols. today was ok, 20 or so calls and only one customer who pissed me off. thats a record. i'm not used to quiet summers liks this, the last place i worked was an airport for 3 years - summer is proper busy man. i did well today, one of my customers said she wanted my children because i'm so great. all i'd done was help her restore a database she'd deleted. y'know, as you do.
saturday was Inkysoso's birthday. to celebrate we saw her brother's band's first proper gig or something. they were good, played 70's rock stuff like layla and some george harrison stuff. i've decided that i want to learn guitar. Inkysoso said she'd like to be a drummer boy. or drummer girl. we could be like the white stripes but better. i'ma thinking of starting with a guitar from ebay because i'm not very good - there's some on there with everything you need to start learning for �99 & p+p. but then, oh i dunno. all my real idols are rock stars, people like keef richards, john frusciante, bryan adams. the last one was a joke. i can play a bit of air drums, just ask Inkysoso and she'll tell you how good i am doing the intro to Baba O'Reilly by The Who and other similar classics.
