football & weather
today is a big day. everything that has happened since may is forgotten about, because at 3pm British Summer Time, the Premiership season kicks off. actually, Tottenham kick off at 12:45 at home to liverpool, so the season starts a bit early. and man utd play chelski tomorrow, so its a bit later for them. football isn't the same now that sky has taken over, i remember the good ol' days when all matches were either 3pm on a saturday or 7:45pm on a tuesday. in lower leagues it still is. this afternoon i'm going to see Bishop's Stortford's first home league game against Eastbourne. promises to be an exciting one.
why is it when i put my shorts on it goes cloudy? the last few days have been, quite frankly, shit in terms of weather and temperature and ting. i looked out my window this morning and thought "looks lovely, i'll wear the shorts." i pulled the shorts on, and the sun went away. bastard. this is what my window looks like now. exciting, eh. makes you want to wear shorts. but i warn you, do NOT wear the shorts because they send the sun away.
