weekend regime
so. its the weekend, eh. because i'm now a weekday worker, i like to relax over the weekend and do things spontaneously and randomly. but of course it isn't as easy as that. so every weekend i do the same:
1. mong out saturday morning, maybe go down the shops with T:B:B:
2. salad lunch. also known as mcdonalds or, amongst britain's impoverished youth, maccy d's innit you fackin cant.
3. packa ma bag
4. go visit Princess Leia
5. spend the weekend with Princess Leia
6. go home at 7pm sunday night, only its not 7pm because i have to give her a cuddle for 2mins. then another 2 mins even though she's had 10.
7. eventually leave at about 7:20pm.
and thats it. actually, i tell a lie. i've had a few slight adjustments recently, such as 3pm saturday: football. season's over now so i forget that step.
another is that saturday nights we go out somewhere; last week the cinema followed by pub for a meal and drinkies, this week cinema followed by pizza hut.
i also realised that last night i watched telly for the first time in a week. Princess Leia pointed out that i spend bloody ages on the compuder instead, but i need to point out that if something good is on telly then 9 times out of 10 i'll choose telly. its just that english television is such a load of SHITE. maybe thats just my opinion, but it seems that these days its all soaps like eastenders and corrie. both a load of bollocks. and yes, i have tried watching them to see what the fuss is about. or abaht as they'd say in albert square. if it's not a soap it's some bollocks documentary or american import like er or 6ft down.
i DO watch dvds though, but thats because i want to watch them and know i'll enjoy the film, rather than watching tv "because its on." T:B:B: does that, and is currently learning cantonese "because its on at 3am and i can't sleep." what is the world coming to.
anyway, must dash now. i have a Princess to visit, who expresses her displeasure if i don't meet her from work. the important question is, when was the last time she met ME from work? never, is the answer, because i can drive & she can't. so ha.
be careful out there every body, and use protection. my preferred option is "baseball bat". wesside.
